This qualification is aimed at learners who are looking to raise occupational competence for identified roles in the Health and Social Care workforce. Initial assessment will be done to determine learner’s current level.

The Total Credit-58, 28 credits from the mandatory units , a minimum of two credits and a maximum of seven credits from the optional knowledge/specialist context units ,a minimum of 23 credits from the optional competence units , Guided Learning Hours-173
What you will be taught
You will be taught how to promote Communication, Engage in Personal Development, Promote Equality and Inclusion, Promote Good Practice in Handling Information, Promote Person Centred Approaches, Implement Duty of Care along with Principles of Safeguarding in Health and Social Care Sector.
The course fee is £2000
Learners will progress to Level 5 QCF qualifications for management or senior practitioner roles in health and social care, or to specialist qualifications reflecting the context in which they work.
