Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

This qualification is to provide : Education and Training for those with a responsibility to support teaching and learning within educational settings; opportunities for those supporting teaching and learning in schools to achieve a nationally recognised, Level 3 vocational qualification

Entry Requirement: Level 1 English

Duration of the Course and Delivery: Approx. 8 Months
32 Credits, 180 Guided Learning Hours that contains 11 mandatory units. ,At least 24 credits must be achieved at the level of the qualification or above.

What you will be taught –
Communication and Professional Relationships with Children, Young People and Adults, Engage in Personal Development in Health, Social Care or Children’s and Young People’s Settings; Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Work with Children and Young People; Support Assessment for Learning; Support Children and Young People’s Health and Safety.
Fees: This course fee is £2000.
Advanced learning loan is available for this course from 24+. Loan is payable when you start earning £21,000 or more per year however if you don’t earn that much you never pay it back. Paying back period won’t start until April 2016, eligibility criteria applies for Advanced Learning Loans.
Learners who achieve this qualification can achieve level 3 Qualification in cover supervision of pupil in school or level 3 diploma in special support for teaching and learning in school.
This qualification also allow progression into the work place.
